Our Class 2018We are a widely diverse group of students here at Fayetteville State University, a proud Historically Black College or University (HBCU). Founded in 1867, FSU is the second oldest institution of higher learning in the state of North Carolina. With the guidance of our instructor, Dr. Emily Lenning, we were able to work hard together and utilize our skills and talents to produce a reliable resource that highlights the complexity of Hate in the United States. We are committed and dedicated Criminal Justice majors striving to transform hearts and minds.

“The power of resistance is to set an example: not necessarily to change the person with whom you disagree, but to empower the one who is watching and whose growth is not yet completed, whose path is not at all clear, whose direction is still very much up in the proverbial air.” ~Tim Wise
